1. Scope

These Terms of Use apply to the purchase and use of activation codes provided by us (MPS-Software). They apply to all code activations and the use of the associated digital content or applications.

2. Subject of the Contract

You are purchasing a one-time activation code that allows you to unlock the full functionality of the relevant software or digital application for an unlimited period. The code is not sent automatically once payment has been completed, but is provided manually by us.

3. Using the activation code

The code may only be used by you and may not be resold or published. A code can only be active on one device or user account at a time. You can deactivate the code within the respective app and then reactivate it on another compatible device.

4. Availability and Changes

We strive to ensure that the digital content we provide is as uninterrupted as possible, but we cannot guarantee full availability at all times. Features of our software or applications may be modified, expanded, or adapted for technical or content-related reasons.Availability and Changes.

5. Liability

We are liable only for intentional acts and gross negligence in accordance with applicable law. We assume no liability for data loss or damage resulting from improper use of the application or the activation code. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, provided that no material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) have been breached.

Right of withdrawal

You have the statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, for digital activation codes, this right expires under certain conditions in accordance with Section 355(2)(11) of the German Civil Code (BGB).

Expiration of activation codes

By purchasing the activation code, you agree to the immediate fulfillment of the contract and the provision of the code before the 14-day cancellation period expires. As a result, you will lose your right to cancel once the code is provided. You have been clearly informed of this in advance. If you do not wish to waive your right to cancel, please do not purchase a code through this site.
